Here's where the Play Course comes in to your life. The way we use play doesn't mean playing board games through your day. Playing, as we know it, is about seeing games that pop up into your life – having fun with the every day things that occur. Play is available to you through out all aspects of your life, and we learn the tenets of OM (Orgasmic Meditation). Yes, you heard that correctly….without OMing (or even knowing how to OM), you experience the tenets of OM through learning to play.
